These terms and conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy provide you information about us and constitute the legal terms and conditions ('Terms') on which we sell any of the goods ('Goods') listed on our website (and all associated pages) ('Site') to you. By accessing and ordering from this website you agree to be bound by the Terms set out below.
We may make changes to the website at any time without notice or warning, including:
Changes to these terms and conditions
Changes to promotions, offers and discounts
Changes to content and product information
Temporary or permanent withdrawal of the website
We try and ensure our website is as accurate as possible, both in terms of prices displayed and description of products and services. All measurements displayed are approximate and any errors will be wholly unintentional. Orders will only be accepted should there be no material errors. We take no responsibility for colours of products not matching the colour displayed on your monitor as this depends entirely on the colour reproduction and capabilities of your screen.
We believe that all of our products are of the highest quality and will guarantee everything against manufacturing defects. This guarantee will be honoured on production of proof of purchase. For the items that are sold as ‘used’, ‘refurbished’ or ‘new other’ and which are faulty and are reported in writing to us within 30 days of the purchase, we will, at our discretion, repair, refund or exchange the item provided the item was genuinely faulty. This excludes accidental damage, denting, scratches etc which are NOT faults. For the items that are sold as ‘New’, the manufacturer’s warranty/guarantee must be availed through directly contacting them. These rights are additional to and do not detract from your statutory rights. If you have your item altered, repaired, or adjusted by another company, person or even yourself, then this will invalidate your guarantee and render it void. Even the most expensive watches may not be the most accurate ones. Anything within 10 seconds gain or loss of time is acceptable. Note, sealed products such as batteries, straps or jewellery are not returnable. The postal charges for returning faulty goods will be refunded but all other goods shall be returned to us at your expense in addition to our postal charges being deducted from the refund.
The prices displayed are in Pound Sterling and include VAT. The prices exclude delivery charges (unless otherwise stated) which is added to the total amount to pay at checkout. Rates of tax and duties on the goods will be those applying at the time of delivery but overseas buyers are responsible for all taxes, customs duties or other charges applicable in the country of destination.
Once an online purchase has been completed, we will send an email confirmation containing details of your order. This confirmation does not act as acceptance of your order as this is subject to the following:
The product being in-stock and available for delivery
The information and pricing being accurate
Payment being authorised
Subject to the above, we will despatch your order and send an email confirmation to let you know it’s on its way. It is at this point that a contract will exist under these terms and conditions.
At time of ordering, we will contact your card issuer to authorise payment and validate that you have the relevant funds available. Should the card issuer authorise the payment we will place a hold on those funds to ensure they can be debited at time of despatch. This means you will be unable to access those funds within your account. We do not have knowledge of your card number. Instead, our payment processor sends us a secure token, which we store; we use this token to request the processor to debit the funds from your card, when we despatch your order.
No charge will be made until your order is despatched.
Should we need to cancel your order, we will release the ‘hold’ that we have over any funds. Please be aware that dependant on your bank it may take up to five working days before those funds become cleared again in your account.
All delivery times quoted are estimates only. If we fail to deliver within a reasonable time, you may (by informing us in writing) cancel the contract, however:
You may not cancel if we receive your notice after the goods have been dispatched, and
If you cancel the contract, you can have no further claim against us under that contract. If you accept delivery of the goods after the estimated delivery time, it will be on the basis that you have no claim against us for delay (including indirect or consequential loss, or increase in the price of the goods).
We may decline to deliver if we believe that is would be unsafe, unlawful or unreasonably difficult to do so.
You must inspect the goods on delivery. If any goods are damaged (or not delivered), you must write to tell us within five working days of delivery (or the expected delivery time). You must give us (and any carrier) a fair chance to inspect the damaged goods.
