A1: We have brand new as well as and pre-owned stock. All of our brand new products come in a box with a warranty card and tags. The pre-owned stock is sources from UK high street retailers and may include customer returns. See “Item Condition Categories” for details.

A2: Some of our products are supplied with the official manufacture warranty card. However, because we are not an authorised manufacturer dealer or distributor for the products that we sell, the official manufacturer may choose to not honour the original warranty.

A3: Yes, we do. Please check relevant category under ‘Shop by Category > Watches > Chosen Category.

A5: We purchase insurance for all of our packages. In case it gets lost in transit for any reason, we would submit the claim with our insurance company so that we are both protected.

A6: We require signature confirmation on all of our packages except small items valued at less than £10 which are sent by using appropriate postage e.g. second class large. A proof of postage is obtained for despatching such items.

A7: Subject to stock availability, we process all orders within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

A8: The delivery times can vary from 3-5 days for items within the UK, 7-10 days within EU/UK Channel Islands and 15-20 days to USA / Canada. Other parts of the world may take over 20 days.

A9: Yes, we can organise next day delivery for UK Mainland only but at an additional cost. Please note that we would still need 1-2 business days to process your order after after your purchase.

A10. Yes, this can be organised through making a request via our website.

A11: No, we do not accept trade-in items. We stock everything from our suppliers.

A12: Unfortunately, we don’t offer any watch resizing service.

A13: We do not offer any watch repair service.

A14: We are based in Birkenhead, Merseyside, United Kingdom.

A15: At present, we are not a retail store but this service is expected to be offered in the near future. Please check our website for updates or subscribe to our newsletter.

A16: This can be arranged by prior agreement. Use ‘Contact us’ facility on our website to submit any specific requirements.

A17: We deliver world wide. However, we do not accept returns from overseas due to high postage costs. The buyer(s) remain responsible for all costs associated with customs duties, taxes for any overseas purchases. We DO NOT ship batteries to overseas locations.

A18: VAT charges are applied according to the applicable United Kingdom law regarding collection and application of VAT.

A19: We accept a number of payment methods including debit/credit cards, PayPal. We can also consider bank transfers to our account. Please contact us to obtain further details.

A20: Yes, we accept bank transfer. Please contact us for more information.

A21: Unfortunately, we cannot provide an exact time frame of when the product will be back in stock. If you’d like, we can contact you once it's available for purchase. Please contact us if you are interested in being on the waitlist for a specific watch.

A22: Currently, we do not offer this service.

A23: On the rare occasion that you wish to return the product that you purchased from us, we will be more than happy to offer a refund or exchange. You can return the item to us in its original packaging and with all relevant receipts and documentation within 30 days of purchase. A24: We promise to deliver a fully operational product (unless otherwise specified, such as ‘for Parts Not Working’). In most cases it means your product, including watches, requires a new battery. We do not provide any warranty for the battery. We will however advise that you take your watch to the nearest watch repair/jewellery shop to get your product assessed.
