Shipping is normally the next working day after payment has been received.
We will email you confirming shipment when your order has been shipped. Delivery times are normally 2-5 working days after dispatch within the United Kingdom, 7-15 working days within EU and 10-25 days for the rest of the world. If after these days you have still not received your item please via the contact details provided under 'Customer Service' in the main and provide us with your order number and we will trace your item for you.
All items are dispatched via a tracked shipping service.

All orders are processed by 6am (BST) following the day on which an order is placed. This applies to 'the next day' delivery items as well as for overseas items. No orders are processed over the weekends or bank holidays.
